Absolute Welding and Machining is constantly expanding its capabilities to ensure we can meet our customers needs.

Welding

• 6 welding stations with MIG handgun capabilities up to 3/32″ diameter and stick rod capabilities up to 5/32″ diameter
• 6 of our welding stations include the following:
  • 8 – single wire feed manual welding manipulators able to run up to 1/8″ diameter flux core wire capable of up to 10 lbs of weld an hour
  • 1 – dual wire feed manual welding manipulator able to run dual 1/8″ diameter flux core wires capable of up to 20 lbs of weld an hour
• Tig welding up to 1/8″ diameter tig rod
• Three welding positioners for round work
• Heated work stations to ensure blocks maintain preheat through entire welding process
• Capable of welding on 4140, 4340, H13, 718 Inconel, Waspalloy, Hastalloy, P20, D2 and many other block materials
• Over two dozen filler alloys maintained in stock
• Four Neweld Robotic Welding systems with 120″ reach

Lift

• Up to 100,000 lb lift capacity.

Furnace

• 24/7/365 operation
• Thermocouple-controlled heating
• Temperatures up to 1150 degrees F
• 900 cubic feet of furnace space

In-house Machining

• Multiple manual lathes with sizes up to 62” Diameter X 240” Long
• 3 axis vertical mill
• Three CNC milling centers with up to 10,000 lb capacity
